Strategies:

Spending coins in your own country slowly converts them into multiplier for how fast coins are produced. So try to keep home country funded above 0 coins.

When paying off a country you receive a flat amount of reimbursement, however you get more coins if the country has a crisis while already having enough coins to pay it off.
